Introduction

Your induction or on-boarding is important to us because we know it is important to help you settle with Atrium Clinic. The practitioner and staff induction process starts before you join us and carries on until we decide together in weeks or months that you are fully inducted.

At Atrium, we proceed slowly and at your pace into a gentle journey to get to know each other better and to evaluate our fit. You will be invited to a Community Supervision to meet colleagues as preparation to join us and in readiness for clients. You will have time to consider us more as a business, share ideas and question us to take your thinking forward.

Until you take your first client, you will not be considered as a full member of the team, so you have a chance to change your mind if we do not suit you. We will promise to give you feedback to as you go through this preparation stage with us and offer you additional opportunities to have a role play session with feedback if either of us think it could be helpful.

At Atrium, we value everyone’s views on the team, and we will be collecting feedback from colleagues to ensure we are providing the right support and that our relationship is developing as we expect to meet the best interests of our clients.
