Individual Wellbeing
We have practitioners who can help you with the stresses and strains of every day life and more specialist services – parenting and family specialists, support for carers and neurodivergence specialists.
Workplace Wellbeing
We utilise wellbeing and mental health assessments, coaching and counselling, ADHD support at work, training and access to tools including psychometrics to support the wellbeing of your staff.
Contracted Partner Services
We partner with NHS, GPs, other mental health service providers, occupational health services and community partners associated with delivery of counselling, wellbeing, clinical supervision services, and new innovation trials.
