Flow is a treatment for depression delivered at the Southend clinic or through partner agency clinics. It uses a wireless headset with gentle Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) to activate areas of the brain often less active during depression. Each 30-minute session can be done while relaxing, reading, or watching TV, with the Flow app providing simple control and extra support. Offering an affordable alternative to other neurostimulation treatments, Flow combines convenience with clinically proven effectiveness.
