What Is Online Therapy?
Online therapy — sometimes called teletherapy or remote counselling — is simply therapy delivered via a secure video platform rather than face-to-face. Research consistently shows it is as effective as in-person therapy for most people and most conditions. For many, the convenience and privacy of being at home actually makes it easier to open up.
Our therapists and counsellors are fully qualified and experienced in working online. Sessions feel natural, professional, and entirely confidential.
