What Is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a structured, practical form of support that helps you identify your challenges, work with your natural tendencies, and develop personalised systems for managing daily life. Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and the future — building skills, habits, and confidence rather than exploring past experiences.
Our coaches are experienced in working with adults who have received a formal ADHD diagnosis, as well as those who are awaiting assessment or who recognise ADHD traits in themselves.
What We Can Help With
- Time management and beating chronic lateness
- Task initiation and overcoming procrastination
- Organisation and managing overwhelm
- Working memory challenges
- Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity
- Career planning and workplace strategies
- Building routines that actually stick
- Self-esteem and understanding your ADHD identity
How It Works
All sessions are delivered online via video call, so you can access support from wherever you are in the UK. We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your needs and match you with the right coach. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and held weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to access coaching — many of our clients come to us while waiting for an assessment, or because they recognise ADHD traits that are affecting their daily life.
